I’m Ellie — an intuitive energy practitioner offering Spinal Energetics and Reiki sessions, both online and in person.

I work with the understanding that the body holds memory — emotional, physical, and energetic. When safety is present within the nervous system, the body can begin to release what it has been carrying, sometimes for many years.

Sessions are gentle yet profound. You may experience sensation, emotion, imagery, movement, or a deep sense of calm and clarity. Each session is guided by your system — not by force, expectation, or performance.

This is a space where you don’t need to explain yourself or be “fixed”.

You simply get to arrive as you are.

In-person sessions are held at 12 Laguna Key, Papamoa.

Online sessions are held via Zoom.
