Service Description

This session is for people who - may have experienced sexual abuse - have disabilities - feel disconnected to their bodies - their bodies feel unsafe - struggle to use their voice and ask for what they want - struggle to find pleasure in their bodies This is a collaborative safe space, where we work together using, open communication, massage and reiki to bring you back in to your body. We will cover all of your known triggers so they will be avoided during the session You are welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in and bring into the session anything to make you feel more at ease (eg. your own blanket or pillow) You will be guided through a meditation to begin with You will guide any hands on touch, giving consent to all places my hands move on your body and for how long. You will also instruct firmness and also the type of touch (eg. slow/fast) A space is created to share anything that came up for you in the session if you wish. I will reach out a few days after to see how you are and you will have time to talk over anything if you wish. This is a truly healing and transformative experience in so many ways. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact Ellie at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit $50
