12 Week Transformation

Starting with an uncovering session we will dive deep into what is holding you back, what you are struggling to get passed, and how we can work together to empower you to live your life to the fullest.
This is a foundational course that will uncover and heal your root negative beliefs and limitations as well as give you practical tools to self heal and empower you to move forward.
I am passionate about setting women up to succeed and making them feel empowered in all areas of their lives.
How it works?
Each week there is a 1 hour group coaching session or spinal energetics session, via Zoom.
Each week we will dive deep together and you will learn tools to implement at home and integrate into your day to day life. I will challenge you to push past your comfort zone to where you can experience real breakthroughs and activations. You will leave each session feeling liberated and inspired.
Over these 12 weeks you will have high level access to ask me anything and get guidance on any "homework" that you have been given.

Week 2: What is energy? Getting to know the chakras
Week 3: Group Spinal Energetics Session
Week 4: Limiting Beliefs, where do they come from?
Week 5: Understanding your shadow self
Week 6: Group Spinal Energetics Session
Week 7: Womb Healing and Connection
Week 8: Masculine and Feminine Energy ( Relationships)
Week 9: Group Spinal Energetics Session
Week 10: Money Energy
Week 11: Manifestation.
Week 12: Group Spinal Energetics Session (Closing Ceremony)
These are sacred containers we share together, and as a bonus they will be recorded so you can go back at any time to watch and listen to everything we went over, again, and again, and again!!!
