About Me 

For 8 years now I have been working across a number of different healing modalities, leading me to develop my own unique way of delivering transformation and healing to people of all walks of life. My Empowerment Coaching has enabled me to live and work all over the world, while continuing to gain skills and knowledge to further serve my clients.

I’m deeply passionate about women's holistic health and wellbeing and while I work with anyone with a desire for growth and healing, I find myself more and more drawn to understanding the ways in which I can serve women and help them discover a higher state of well being, confidence and self-love.

Outside of work, you'll find me at the beach soaking up some sun, snacking on a cheese platter, reading books and spending time with my nearest and dearest.
